1.What is our return/warranty policy?

PERMANENT WARRANTY: We stand behind the quality of our swords. And in the case of customized swords, we will send you pictures of your sword after it is finished being made at the forge, and will only ship it if you agree. If at any time you have a question about the workmanship of your sword, please contact us and we will help until the problem is solved!

2. How long does it take to make a sword?

As each sword is hand forged to create a high quality and unique product for you. For customized swords, based on the requirements for the material of the sword, the length of the sword, the weight of the sword, and the sharpness of the sword, this complicated process will take 3-4 weeks to complete, we will send you a photo of your sword via email or WhatsApp for confirmation, please keep in touch with us during this period. For most orders, we estimate that it will take 2-3 weeks from the time the order is submitted until you receive it. If you need a sword on a specific date or in a shorter period of time, contact us and we can prioritize your order.

3. How much does shipping cost?

We promise to provide free shipping for all swords in our store, no shipping cost to customers!

4. Can I customize this sword based on the original sword?

Yes, you can customize every sword on our website. Even if you are not satisfied with the existing options, you can request any changes you can think of. We can change most accessories, packaging, and blade colors (black, red, or blue) for free. These types of requests can be made in the order comments section at checkout. If you need something more complicated done, which may cost extra, please contact us with your request. If you make a request in the comments section at the time of ordering your sword and it happens to cost extra, we will kindly follow up and explain the cost difference and send you a list of costs if you are satisfied.

5. How are samurai swords made? What processes are used?

All of our swords are hand forged by artisans. Our basic forging process is selection of materials, embryoing (hand forging), finishing of the embryo (straightening), high temperature quenching, hand polishing, blood grooving, hand polishing, oil quenching (to create edge lines), sharpening, sheathing, hilting, hilt rolling (tying of rope knots), and forming of the sword

6. How do I maintain and care for my sword?

It needs to be cleaned and oiled regularly to prevent rusting. For example, when you finish using your sword, please wipe it clean with a dry paper towel before sheathing, then oil it and sheathe it again, and if you don't use it regularly, you need to wipe it with oil and maintain it once every three to four days.
